Shipping

Rate determined on a per-order basis

Estimated shipping costs will be provided on receipt of your order; actual shipping costs are not known until your package goes out. Packages requiring insurance must be sent by USPS Priority or Express International (insurance limits vary by country).

Processing

Orders for in-stock items are processed and on their way to you within 48 hours, except when we are away from the workshop. We go to our local Post Office Monday-Friday; larger packages are taken to UPS as needed. If your items are not immediately available, we will let you know when we expect them to be ready.

Small orders

Drop Spindles, Niddy Noddies, accessories for the Journey Wheel or Charkhas, and Book Charkhas are sent by US Priority Mail with Tracking for 2-3 day delivery whenever possible.  If a few additional days time for delivery is acceptable to you, we can ship by USPS Ground Advantage with insurance for a lower rate.

Large orders

Journey Wheels and Attache Charkhas are sent via UPS Ground Service, fully insured. Tracking number(s) provided on shipping; residential delivery rate may be higher than business address delivery. Please let us know if you have special delivery needs so that we can accommodate you.

International Orders

Packages to foreign addresses are sent via most reasonable prompt service; customs/import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.  We will advise of cost and estimated delivery options; faster delivery is always more expensive.
